Ignacio is a commercial and business leader with extensive experience in distributor, licensee, retail, and digital franchise management. He implements global strategy while adjusting quickly to local needs, including brand building, experiential events, local marketing content, product merchandising, and product / robust channel segmentation.
He is adept at managing relationships with key distributors, ensuring right capabilities and execution of growth initiatives. Ignacio has worked cross-functionally with distributor partners and brands to launch websites and elevate digital performance. He is a great leader who engages and motivates teams to embrace culture and celebrate wins. Ignacio is also known for consistently exceeding goals, empathy for mutual benefit, and unwavering motivation to deliver outstanding quality and performance outcomes.
For over 25 years, Ignacio has been involved in consumer-focused roles in performance, fashion, sports, and outdoors. He has held senior positions in global companies, such as Wolverine World Wide (Saucony, Sperry, Keds), Timberland, and Reebok (Argentina). During his career, Ignacio has worked across the globe and has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Boston, MA, where he currently resides.
